Our team has 100+ projects in golf course construction, renovations, all phases, all types. We can take your project from the design table to final product. KCC has collaborated with Golf Course Architects at all levels since 1995. We do it all: laser grading, prepping & grassing, resurfacing, tilling, sand spreading, USGA greens construction, tee tops, bunkers, drainage, deep tine aerating, seeding, sodding, hydroseed. Kaye Contracting has been part of the Arizona Diamonbacks field building program. This is Jay Bell Field in central Phoenix. In 2007 we completed landscape, grassing, irrigation for Reach 11 4-field complex for City of Phoenix. This photo shows 6" deep aeration on putting greens with our Soil Relievers and Kore-Kleen. Aeration services are tailored to each client's particular needs. We also do sand spreading, gypsum & sulfur. Skyline Country Club wanted a new driving range, putting green, retaining walls, parking areas, new ball shack, stairs and railings. Our design-build solution did it all for $325k. This lake design project in Northern Arizona came out great. Gary Kaye has a BS Landscape Architecture from Cornell University, 1989, and over 25 years experience in the green industry all over the U.S., Mexico and Asia. KCC offers a design-build service for huge irrigation systems, pump stations, acid injection, sulfur burners - whatever the size and scope, we can handle it. Specialized low-impact machinery is a must on our jobs. KCC is a designer and installer of HDPE irrigation systems which last longer and require virtually no repairs compared to the typical PVC system. Another Diamondbacks little league field at Estrella, Arizona, where we provided irrigation design-build plus grow in until field dedication and turnover to the client. Mary Silva Park Renovation - City of Glendale, AZ - $137,000 renovation with plantings, grassing, decorative concrete, site furniture and ramadas.
