Certain ground conditions, rock and/or concrete work subject to extra charges.
All jobs require a short form written contract and security deposit. KCC accepts
credit cards or cash prior to delivery. Delivery is $25 min. each way in Phoenix
metro area including Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Peoria, Anthem & Chandler;
$1.25 extra per mile outside local area. Clients are responsible for permits.
